BER Policies

• Deposits may be required to reserve appointments.

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time.

• Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit and fees of up to 50% of the service price.

• Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may result in fees of up to 100% of the service price.

• Fees may be charged to the card on file.

• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service price.

• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings

• Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service.

• Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may require rescheduling and applicable fees may apply.

• Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

• Package sessions must be used within the stated timeframe or they will expire.

• All services, deposits, and packages are final sale.

• Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed

• Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent procedures prior to treatment.

• Treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined for safety reasons.

• By booking, you authorize BER Regenerative Beauty to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, no-show, and unpaid service fees.

• Only scheduled clients are permitted in treatment areas unless approved in advance.

• Children may not be left unattended.

• If BER Regenerative Beauty closes due to severe weather, deposits will transfer to the rescheduled appointment.

• If the studio remains open, standard cancellation policies apply.

BER Regenerative Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of office policies.
